Scope and proposal
Public pages and prices are informational starting points. Final scope, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and exclusions must be stated in an approved proposal.
Pricing and payment
Displayed prices are starting prices in MAD. Taxes, schedules, deposits, and payment methods must be confirmed in the proposal. Advertising platform spend is separate from management fees.
Content, approvals, and dependencies
The client is responsible for agreed content, access, and approvals. Delays connected to those dependencies may change the schedule after communication.
Intellectual property
Ownership of deliverables, licenses for software, fonts, images, and third-party content, and transfer conditions must be defined in each project proposal.
Results and third-party services
Business outcomes, SEO rankings, advertising performance, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Third-party platforms and services apply their own terms.
Limitations and governing law
Warranties, liability limits, termination, dispute resolution, and governing law require legal approval based on the business entity and markets served.
