Refund and cancellation terms must be defined in each proposal or invoice before payment. This page does not create a general refund guarantee.
Work already performed
Amounts corresponding to completed work, committed resources, and non-recoverable third-party charges may be non-refundable, subject to the signed agreement and applicable law.
Recurring services
Notice, renewal, and cancellation terms for monthly services must be stated in writing. Advertising spend paid to platforms is subject to each platform’s rules.
Requesting a review
Contact contact.axilin@gmail.com with the project reference, service, and reason for the request. Receipt of a request does not mean a refund has been approved.
